- for private property, calculations will be based on bank loan interest rate of 4% (from 3.5%).
- for non private property, calculations will be based on bank loan interest rate of 5% (from 4.5%).
- HDB HLE loan calculations change from 2.6% to 3%

* HDB Loan LTV reduced from 85% to 80%

* Private Property owner who sold their private property must wait 15 months before they can buy non-subsided HDB flat.
- Exemptions for buyer 55 years old and above buying 4 room or smaller HDB.

To moderate demand for the HDB resale market and encourage prudent borrowing, we have implemented a set of measures that will take effect from 30 September 2022.
