WIth the HDB Q3 market numbers out, as antipicated prices maintained its upwards momentum with an increase of 0.9% over previous month, the question is whether the goverment feels its time to cool the market.

However, volume of transactions fell by 8.4% which does signal a normalisation of prices perhaps....
