Before you follow the crowd and anyhow book a unit, have you done your homework?
Here are 4 things I would look at BEFORE committing:
1. Developer’s track record 🏗️
What other projects have they built? How have those projects performed over the years?
2. Land price comparison 💰
How does Thomson Reserve’s land cost compare with other upcoming launches? Are you entering at a reasonable price?
3. Floor plan & stack selection 🏠
Same development doesn’t mean every unit is equally attractive. Which stacks offer better layouts, facing and overall value?
4. Your future buyer 👀
When it’s time to sell, WHO is going to buy your unit? How many potential HDB upgraders are in the area, and how much competing supply could you face?
Remember, a HOT launch doesn’t automatically mean a GOOD investment.
Don’t just follow the hype. SPOT THE VALUE.
