During the PM National Day Speech, there are 8 main points which was emphasis by the Government and one of them is the transformation of the Greater Southern Waterfront.
There will be 9000 public and private housing units , which he dubbed as "Punggol by the Bay" and these units will be built on the site of Keppel Club, which lease end in 2 years time!
The differents ports, currently at Tanjong Pager, Keppel and Brani will be moved to Tuas by 2027 and these prime land will be freed up for development.
There will be Office space, surrounding green areas from the west coast to the east coast and the Rail Corridor.
The Greater Southern Waterfront, which comprises of 30KM of Coastline from Gardens by the Bay to Pasir Panjang, It will be transformed for "LIVE, WORK and PLAY"
Having said that, Avenue South Residence is the current only launch that is at the door step to the Greater Southern Waterfront with the Rail Corridor, just just next to it corridor!
Can you imagine / see the Transformation that will be happening?
