Not having a Will means someone in your family has to step up, apply for Letters of Administration, and deal with the banks and the courts, all while everyone else gets an equal share regardless of who did the work.

Some conversations go deeper in a smaller room.

Last saturday at Yuhua CC, our Legal Adviser Camellia Tan conducted an intimate session on Wasiat & LPA. She mingled with a small group to walk through Wasiat and LPA, the questions, the nuances, all of it.
Smaller sessions like this mean more time for what actually matters to each person in the room.

This is what showing up looks like.

On the 15th of August 2026, our speaker Patrick Tan, walked residents at Changi Simei CC through Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and Wills; what really protects you and your family when it matters most.

We were also honoured to have Ms Jessica Tan, Member of Parliament for East Coast GRC (Changi-Simei) and Adviser to East Coast GRC GROs, join us and play an active part throughout the session.

Attendees were also entitled to free LPA certification, our way of making sure residents leave with more than just information.
