【跨越一个世纪，我还在这里】
When we were presented with the opportunity to market this freehold conservation shophouse in little India Hindoo road, we were definitely honoured and excited to be part of this journey to find the next custodian.
Though probably no one have done it before for this asset class properties, what we understand is that this MV should have more depth in historical content so all the previous lyrics that can be more relatable & understandable is not something we will want to try for this shop house concept.
Therefore quite a lot of research and work hours are being poured towards crafting a concept for this shophouse to see how we are able to portray the timeless classic and beauty of this shophouse in a way that we hope while it is still an MV, it will be able to have the appreciation of someone who don’t really see our videos or who may not have seen our videos previously
We were definitely very excited every time our mind is about what lyrics to write for this shophouse and what words may suit this which is more than hundred years old.
We are also thankful with the rise of AI, virtual staging videos to show potential tenancy can be achieved easier, though as much as possible we would still prefer filming and creating the content ourselves as it has always been our interests to be composing lyrics and enjoying the process, sourcing of wardrobe including pocket watch and vest etc also took us 5 locations to assemble
we generally hope that you can take your time to watch more times to try to appreciate the thought process behind why this certain lyric is written and whether does it ties in to the feature of the house or the the mood and vibe we’re trying to portray.
