Most regrettably, it has come to our attention that a former client recently uploaded a video on social media expressing his views and unhappiness regarding his case.
Specifically, some statements have been made, giving the impression that we have not handled the matter professionally or responsibly.
In short, the account of events is inaccurate, and the characterisation of our conduct is untrue. We are currently looking into this matter and considering if separate and more formal steps may be needed to resolve the situation.
Throughout handling this and all our other cases, big or small, we have consistently made every effort to responsibly ensure that our client's interests are always protected and prioritised.
We appreciate every client's feedback shared with us. At Tembusu Law, we strive for high standards of service and professionalism and aim to deliver those standards in all the cases we have the privilege of taking on. Every client is important to us and deserves our attention, and if we fall short on any occasion, we take the opportunity to actively invite and obtain insights to learn and improve to serve our clients and community better.
