🏡✨ Every Home Has Its Challenges… But Still SOLD 💪

Managed to help my homeowner successfully sold their flat🙏 even though it may seem like an easy unit to sell in the market.

The flat was relatively young with a longer lease, nicely renovated 👍 and very near to MRT station.

However, it was tenanted, so it was often messy and harder for buyers to visualise. Additionally, the longer common corridor to the house also caused some buyers to hesitate 😓

Therefore, because of these factors... it took me more than 3 months to got the right buyer 😅

There were moments when things felt slow, and patience was definitely tested 😂

But really thankful for my client’s trust🙏 allowing me to stay consistent with the marketing, work around the tenant’s schedule for viewings, and continue to position the unit strategically.

And in the end, we got it done! successfully sold within my seller’s expected price💲range. 🙌

So, is a good reminder that not every sale is straightforward… but with right strategy and persistence, results will come👍

🏡✨ Helping a Big Family Upgrade to a Bigger Home 🏠

I'm grateful to have the opportunity to help a big family upgrade from their current flat to a larger home, so everyone can finally enjoy more space and comfort. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Because it was a contra case (selling and buying at the same time), the process required careful coordination between multiple parties. However, a few challenges came up long the way.

At one point, the sellers of the flat we purchasing suddenly wanted to delay completion, even though it was earlier agreed to proceed without extension stay. At the same time, the buyer for my client’s flat wanted to stick to the timeline given by HDB.

For a moment, I found myself right in the middle trying to balance both sides, each fixated with their expectations and wanted us to adjust, simply because we were doing the contra. 😅

But I kept the focus on the bigger goal: helping this family move from one home to the next smoothly.

So I have to coordinate with all parties closely, communicating patiently, and trying to align the timelines as best as possible for everyone so that the transition can still move forward. 🔄

Moments like this, remind that really isn’t just about transactions or paperwork... it’s about problem solving, negotiation, and managing expectations between multiple people.

Most importantly, it’s about families, transitions, and new chapters in life. 🙏

And seeing them finally move into the next chapter of their housing journey makes every challenge along the way worth it. ❤️

🏡✨ Sold Without Stress – Even From Overseas! ✨🌍

I recently had the chance to help a wonderful seller who was based overseas to sell her flat in Bedok 🤝 and fun fact: we only met in person for the very first time on completion day! 😄

From start to finish, everything was handled remotely. I helped facilitate the entire process from 📣 marketing the flat, 🏠 conducting viewings, to 👥 coordinating with her tenant who was still living in the unit at the time (and wasn’t the easiest to work with 😅)

Even though my seller wasn’t in , we managed all the process remotely, and I kept her updated every step of the way. 📲📝

When it was time for the tenant to move out, I assisted with the tenant's move-out process, and arranged for the flat to be 🧹 cleared and ready for completion.

All she had to do was ✈️ fly in for the completion at and everything else was already settled. ✅🔑

So happy for this lovely young couple who recently secured their first ! 💕

After several failed attempts, they also didn’t want to keep waiting for a to be ready—so they decided to explore

At first, they were searching a newer near their parents. But the price tags 😅 were too hefty for what they were getting💸

After rounds of viewings, I encouraged them to pause and relook at their options😄

“If you’re already looking at this price tag... why not explore something bigger, with more space and comfort, even if it’s a little older?”

They took the advice to heart, and i recalculated their finances and CPF usage to make sure it was doable.

and with a few viewings later, we found a spacious 5-room flat 😍 at a lower price than many of the we had seen! 👍
