🏡❤️ 10+ Years Later, We Meet Again For His Next Chapter

I still remember helping this client buy his more than 10 years ago.

Back then, it was about finding a home and starting a new chapter in his life.

Fast forward more than a decade, and he came back to me again.

This time, he was to sell that same home and move closer to his family members. ❤️

It’s funny how property journeys can reflect life itself.

The home I helped him buy 10+ years ago is now much older.

And selling an older flat today isn’t going to be easy as buyers have become more selective, looking at remaining lease rather than just location.

So, I had to position the property carefully.

After viewings, discussions and negotiations, and eventually managed to secure a price within his expected range. 🙏

But the sale wasn’t the part that meant the most to me.

It was the kind of trust cannot be measured by a transaction. 🤝

From helping him buy his home years ago, to now helping him move on to the next one.

🏡✨ Every Home Has Its Challenges… But Still SOLD 💪

Managed to help my homeowner successfully sold their flat🙏 even though it may seem like an easy unit to sell in the market.

The flat was relatively young with a longer lease, nicely renovated 👍 and very near to MRT station.

However, it was tenanted, so it was often messy and harder for buyers to visualise. Additionally, the longer common corridor to the house also caused some buyers to hesitate 😓

Therefore, because of these factors... it took me more than 3 months to got the right buyer 😅

There were moments when things felt slow, and patience was definitely tested 😂

But really thankful for my client’s trust🙏 allowing me to stay consistent with the marketing, work around the tenant’s schedule for viewings, and continue to position the unit strategically.

And in the end, we got it done! successfully sold within my seller’s expected price💲range. 🙌

So, is a good reminder that not every sale is straightforward… but with right strategy and persistence, results will come👍
