More Phase 2C places means being within 1km of a popular primary school matters more than ever.

But here’s the interesting part 👀

With the new 2-track system for 12 schools, properties within the 1–2km radius of these schools could be getting a renewed boost in interest.

So if your property is within 1–2km of one of these 12 schools… congratulations. 🎉
You may have just gained another reason for parents to pay attention to your home.

And for parents? This is where Plan A, B and C for your child’s education gets interesting.

More phase 2C places means living within 1 km really matters now. And suddenly because of the new 2-track for the 12 schools, properties that are within 1-2km of these schools are seeing renewed hope and interest.

Example: If your properties are within 1-2 kim of these 12 schools, congratulations!
