PDLegal Thailand’s Managing Partner Papon Charoenpao recently participated in the Asian Business Law Institute (ABLI)’s 10th anniversary conference, “Bridging Laws for Business - A Decade Advancing Trade, Technology and Trust”, held at the Shangri-La Hotel Singapore on 26 August 2026.

Paul joined a panel on the lifecycle of cryptoasset disputes in ASEAN, sharing perspectives from Thailand alongside practitioners from Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia.

The panel explored key considerations arising throughout the lifecycle of cryptoasset disputes, including litigation and the quantification of damages, asset preservation and tracing, enforcement of judgments and awards, and insolvency.

We are pleased to have been part of this milestone event and thank ABLI for bringing together practitioners and attendees from across the region for an engaging exchange of perspectives.
