Buyer: “Too high.”

Agent: “Can we meet somewhere in the middle?”
Seller: “Let me think.”
Buyer: “Let me discuss with my spouse.”

Meanwhile, the agent:
Working the numbers, managing expectations and T&C where both sides might actually say YES. 😅
20 hours later…
Buyer: “This is my final offer.”
Seller: “Cannot.”

Agent: “We’re actually not that far apart. Let me work on both sides.” 👀
