If you are on the look out for luxury properties within the Core Central Region (CCR), District 10, or District 11, you’re in luck!
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has announced eight Confirmed List sites and nine Reserve List sites in the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for the second half of the year.
Two land plots of the Confirmed List happens to be in the CCR – Orchard Boulevard; and Zion Road (Parcel A). Both are estimated to be able to develop 270 units and 955 units respectively.
The Orchard Boulevard site is in a superb location being directly linked to the Orchard Boulevard Station (TE13). The properties seen in this locale (Cuscaden and Grange) are generally larger and luxurious real estate. Hence we can expect the soon-to-be project to be in the same luxury category.
The Zion Road (Parcel A) site is also in a prime location but on a much larger land plot, stretching out to both Great World Station (TE15) and Havelock station (TE16)! The estimated 955 units with a 2,300sqm of commercial space will put this integrated project on the large to mega project category. This is definitely one project to look out for!
