A place with its own unique charm.
I honestly like the vibes here at One Holland Village.

Pet friendly, plenty of eateries, beautiful open spaces and a very cosy atmosphere. It feels lively yet relaxing at the same time.

One shortfall though, rainy days may not be the most welcoming here due to the open concept. But on a nice morning or evening, the whole place is just perfect to chill & unwind.

See u again at One Holland Village.

No matter the layout or challenge, I stay committed to getting a deal done.

This unit had relatively low viewings, but I’ve always believed in quality over quantity. Every viewing is rare & precious, so i always handle everyone with heart. I don’t just go through the motions of a typical viewing. I focus on what matters to the buyer, how the home actually works for them, and beyond the spaces they saw.

The third buyer came along. We had an open, no-pressure conversations and gave them space to decide. They returned again later, and we closed at the seller’s asking price. Not an easy deal, but a steady process built on patience, clarity, and follow-through.

In my work, I often deal with more complex cases where conditions are not straightforward, such as an Executive Maisonette with a shorter lease of less than 60yrs old, low floor, and buyer eligibility restrictions with only minority races able to buy. These are the types of cases that require stronger positioning, better judgment, and consistent ex*****on from start to finish. I stay focused on solutions and work through the details to still achieve the best possible outcome.

So what are challenges to me? It’s like swimming against the current flow, it doesn’t stop me, it sharpens my thinking, discipline, and ex*****on.

To date, this remains one of my more challenging transactions and also a clear reminder that consistency and approach make the difference in every outcome.

By far the most challenging case I’ve handled 😅

Low floor, west sun, road-facing unit, odd-shaped layout… really not an easy one.

In a quiet resale market with limited enquiries, I had to put in 200%–300% more effort than usual, from marketing, arranging viewings, to convincing and following up with buyers.

But today, we got it done. Option issued at my seller’s asking price. No shortcuts, no waiting for luck, just persistence, hard work, and ex*****on. 我也觉得自己这次有点厉害😂

Really thankful to my cobroke as well. Good teamwork made this possible.

Every difficult case is a reminder: they show the value of the work behind it.

Being a realtor is never easy. It’s a path that demands discipline, constant mindset shifts, and a great deal of time, effort, and risk.There are many moments that people don’t see, the time invested, the late nights, the emotional energy… and sometimes, despite giving your all, things don’t work out. Clients may change their minds, deals may fall through, and the time and effort put in may not always have a return.

But this journey has also taught me resilience, to keep going, to stay grounded, and to continue showing up with the same level of sincerity each time.

Just like our Huttons theme, Do Good / 做好事, it serves as a simple yet powerful reminder. Not only to give good advice and serve my clients well, but also to act with conscience. When we do things right, we are not just doing good for others, but also for ourselves. That’s what makes Do Good truly meaningful.
Through it all, I remain deeply thankful for the trust, the opportunities, and the people who continue to believe in me.
