Greg was a client shopping for his rental place during Covid period a couple years ago when he had his expatriate assignment. He is now a retainer client who had since bought a property before he returned back to Germany. Now I managed this property for him. He came back for visit to Singapore and got me a wonderful simple gift.


It’s these opportunity to have great connection with people that I find meaning in the work that I do

This came through the mail today…with a thanksgiving card from a tenant that had moved back to Switzerland 🇨🇭

What a pleasant surprise!

He had a few loose ends that he couldn’t sort out before he left 🇸🇬. I helped arranged his employment pass to his SG employer and arranged his belongings to ship to his next job assignment in Korea. All out of goodwill. I definitely did not expect this cashier’s order after he closed his sg bank account.

This unit has several challenges for me as a listing agent. It was the only unit that did not opt for HIP upgrade in the block, in original state and seller is bedridden and under MCA. All firsts for me… the earlier offer burst as the 1st potential buyer’s religious advisor did not support the numeracy compatibility of the unit so buyer forfeited the option money and did not go through with resale application. This deal with Thomas came 3 weeks later and was so quick that the OTP and move to exercise and resale application all within 1 week!!! With zero COV for buyer and an additional $5K for seller from the burst deal with first potential buyer!!!


Truly a win-win deal for buyer and seller! So glad to have brokered this deal 🤝
