Everyone wants to buy when the queue is long.
But some of the biggest gains come when market sentiment is weak 👀

Treasure at Tampines launched to only 12% take-up.
People called it overpriced, oversupplied and too “ulu”.

At $1300 psf, buyers thought it made no sense when nearby resale condos were going for ~$800 psf.

But what most people missed was this:
the quantum was almost the same.

Buyers were entering a brand new mega development at similar prices to ageing resale condos.

Fast forward 5 years — many 3 bedroom owners saw profits of $600k+ 🤯

Moral of the story?
Low take-up doesn’t always mean bad investment.
Sometimes the market just hasn’t caught on yet.

27 Lessons in 27 Years — Purpose is everything ❤️

A few years back, I didn’t really understood it when people told me that chasing money can never solely be the end goal. A few years on, I finally understood.

When I hit $1m by 26, I felt happy but not in the ways I thought I would (splurging on cars/lux goods etc). Instead it was a quiet win that showed up daily. The gratitude that this life is mine, the gratitude for everyone who showed up for me, and the gratitude for everything that shaped me into who I am today.

Growing up, I told myself I no longer want to struggle with the scarcity mindset that my parents had. They lived in a different generation where they had to scrimp and save, for us to be where we are today.

At 18, a wise mentor once told me that money is not evil, it’s a tool, and to use it to better the lives of others 🥹🫶🏻
