Fun fact that nobody asked for: I challenged myself to film this in 10 minutes because I didn’t want perfectionism to stop me from taking action. I succeeded but ended up procrastinating on editing it for two weeks because I thought the video, and the information.. felt too simple. 😂

But what feels straightforward to me, may not be something everyone knows. So here it is: simply filmed, simply edited and, most importantly, I’m finally posting this. Hahaha.

“Walking distance” can mean very different things to different people. Central Grove is within 2 mins walk to Aljunied MRT.

But did you know? It’s also within walking distance to Paya Lebar MRT? So after my viewing at Central Grove, I decided to see for myself if Paya Lebar MRT is really walkable or not?

Contemplated posting this because it feels a little vulnerable.

Jotting down my reflection for yesterday’s training. One thing I realised is that when calling a lead from ads, I often worry about whether I’ll say the wrong thing, ask the wrong question or not have enough information to even kickstart the call. I’d always want to have a perfect script of what to say, so that my money won’t be wasted, but I ended up contemplating to call and forget about calling sometimes.

The session also made me realise that, just by listening, be present and being myself during the conversation, it may just be the thing that makes the client be open to sharing more. Also, doing is better than perfecting because that’s how we improve and become better. I’ve done it before so I definitely can do better by being more consistent.
