We are very happy to have concluded 2022 with the publication of our article "The STI Orchard and the Requirement of Honesty" [2022] SAL Prac 26 in the Transportation chapter of the SAL Practitioner.

This is an important development in Singapore's jurisprudence on delivery without presentation of original bills of lading and we are honored to be able to share our insights on this topic.

2022 has been a year of change and development for our practice and we are excited to see where 2023 brings us. Best wishes to everyone for a great year ahead!
