New EC policy changes announced.

Future EC launches will now come with:

* 10-year MOP
* Deferred payment scheme removed
* More priority for first-time buyers

This may reduce short-term buying mindset, but for genuine own stay buyers, EC may still remain attractive.

The bigger question is:
Would you still consider buying an EC under these new rules?
