LATEST MUST KNOW: Developers sold fewer new private homes in December 2021 owing to the seasonal lull during the year-end festive period. New home sales fell by about 58% to 650 units (ex. ECs) from November to December. This took new home sales for the whole of 2021 to 13,118 units – surpassing the annual sales figures in the last seven years.
