I'm a licensed builder with experience in new builds, renovation and turn key projects since 2005. My journey in the built environment sector started in Facility Management as an intern in Jurong Engineering Ltd's Chemical Plants Division in 1998, and continued in National Service in SAF doing Facility Management in Pasir Laba Camp's redevelopment phase 2B-2C from 2001 to 2003. After ORD, I entere
d real estate as an agent to support myself through university. And then part-timing as a designer and planner for residential, commercial and industrial projects for an architecture firm prior to graduation. Following graduation in 2006, I joined a construction firm and became the Technical Controller and Authorised Person for their BCA Builders License when licensing became a requirement in 2008. That was when I stopped practising as a property agent to concentrate on project development and construction. Since 2005 far I've completed new builds and rejuvenations for commercial mixed-use, condominiums, landed homes, industrial and military complexes. My role is primarily stakeholder engagement, consulting and project management. In 2022 I rejoined the industry after taking Real Estate Salesperson Exams and joining Estate Agency Singapore Realtors Inc. I'm looking forward to serving investors and owners more holistically through a more complete basket of service offerings.
