New Private Home Unit Sales for February 2023!

Property developers sold 470 units, including Executive Condominium (EC) units in Feb 2023. A majority of new sales were transacted in the CCR market at 47.2% despite a lack of new CCR launches. Luxury condominiums in the CCR market remains poised for growth as demand comes from a resilient base of locals and a bigger proportion of affluent foreigners. China’s re-opening is anticipated to drive a greater number of wealthy Asians on to our shore.
