Berghco is a law firm focusing on three business areas; Transactions, Dispute & Investigations and Outsorced law. We adopt a holistic approach to our three business areas so things will not fall through the cracks. In matters covering international issues, we have close contacts with law firms in other countries. We regularly collaborate with accountants, tax consultants and environmental consultants – all to ensure that the overall picture is as good as possible and that nothing falls through the cracks. We provide written manuals, detailed job descriptions and coaching so that our employees perform at the best of their abilities. But that is not enough – for us humans, it is our values that determine how we apply instructions and how we behave and work. The values are the biggest part of a corporate culture. We have chosen to express them in three words: Commitment, Simplicity, Reliability . Through cooperation, a committed team and senior experience we will help building your business in a simple and reliable way.
