It may be over a week since the INTA-2026 Annual Meeting, but we’re still reminiscing about it and our incredible reception (press play below for a glimpse of the event 📽️).
This year’s meeting brought together more than 10,000 IP professionals from 145 jurisdictions for five days of education, networking, and global connection. 🌍
A few themes that stood out to our team:
1. AI is now firmly part of the IP conversation. From enforcement and litigation to advertising and brand strategy, businesses are rapidly adapting to its real-world impact.
2. Brand protection is becoming increasingly digital and global. Businesses are navigating evolving risks across marketplaces, domains, social platforms, and online content.
3. IP continues to grow as a core business asset. Discussions around valuation, portfolio strategy, and intangible assets reinforced its role in long-term growth and investment.
4. Cross-border collaboration is more important than ever. As regulation and enforcement challenges evolve, businesses need scalable, international approaches to IP protection.
5. Our team continued proudly to contribute to INTA through leadership and committee roles as well as through the INTA Foundation.
6. And of course… our reception did not disappoint. What a night it was and we have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback we have received since. Thank you, we are so happy you enjoyed it as much as we did.
But as always, one of the biggest highlights of INTA was the people.
Thank you to INTA and to everyone who spent time with us throughout the week. We are looking forward to continuing the conversation. 💚
See you all back in San Diego next year.
