الحق في البيئة حق حديث النشأة بدأ الحديث عنه في سبعينيات القرن الماضي بعد إعلان مؤتمر استوكهولم وتبعة قمة الأرض التي ثبتت كثير من المبادئ وبسببها تم سن كثير من الاتفاقيات التي تتعلق بالبيئة وذلك بسبب تطور الإنسان ومعه تطورت المشاكل البيئية
احنا في السودان نعتبر من اوائل الدول التي سنت قانون خاص ينظم هذا النوع من المسائل المشكلات الا اننا ككثير من الدول ينقصنا الجانب العملي لكي يتم تنفيذ القانون واحترامه في أرض الواقع
ما هو اعلان استوكهولم؟

ما هي المشكلات البيئية؟


The discussion of the right to a healthy environment only started in the 1970s, following the declaration of the Stockholm Conference and the Earth Summit, which established many principles and led to the adoption of numerous environmental agreements as a result of the advancement of gent and the emergence of environmental problems that came along with him.
Although Sudan is regarded as one of the first nations to pass a particular law governing this kind of problematic issues, like many other nations, we lack the practical elements necessary for the law to be put into practice and upheld on the ground.

من أهم القضايا التي تأخذ اهتمام الشركة هي المدافعة عن الحقوق البيئية وفقًا للقانون السوداني والاتفاقيات الدولية ذات الصلة التي وقع عليها السودان للحفاظ على البيئة. نهدف من خلال هذا القسم أن ندافع عن الحقوق البيئية و توعوية الناس بالمشكلات البيئية من وجهة النظر القانونية.




One of the most important issues that concern the company is the defense of environmental rights in accordance with Sudanese law and relevant international agreements signed by Sudan to preserve the environment. Through this section, we aim to defend environmental rights and educate people about environmental problems from a legal standpoint.

1. الالتزام بشروط التذاكر والحضور في الوقت المحدد والالتزام بالتعليمات.
2. التأكد من صلاحية جواز السفر والمستندات الأخرى مثل تأشيرة الدخول للدول التي يقصد السفر إليها.
3. إشعار الناقل الجوي عند الحاجة لتوفير خدمات خاصة بالمسافرين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عند إجراء الحجز.
4. الالتزام بتعليمات الناقل الجوي بخصوص وزن الأمتعة المصاحبة.
5. إشعار الناقل الجوي في المطار بالتفاصيل عند وجود متعلقات ثمينة في حقائب الشحن المصاحبة
