Two weeks have passed since the Sparkling Networking Event, but the energy of that evening is still with us.

We still remember the people we met, the conversations we shared and the moments that made the night feel truly special.

For The Concept, Sparkling was more than an event. It was a reminder of how much value comes from being in the right room, with the right people, at the right moment.

As Main Partner, we were proud to be part of an evening that brought together professionals, partners and friends of the real estate industry in a setting built around connection, trust and meaningful dialogue.

Now that .official has come to an end, we look back on three days that meant a lot for The Concept.

For us, it closes an important milestone, but it also opens the next stage of our journey.

We are returning home with renewed energy, fresh ideas, valuable insights and strong connections built through three days of meaningful conversations.

EXPO REAL gave us the opportunity to increase awareness around The Concept, present our perspective on the Romanian and regional real estate market, and connect with developers, investors and professionals looking at Central and Eastern Europe with serious interest.

For our team, these three days were about more than presence at an international event. They were about dialogue, visibility, trust and the opportunity to show how The Concept can contribute to a more connected and better understood real estate market.

We would like to thank AHK Romania for creating the right environment for meaningful discussions, valuable connections and Romania’s presence at one of Europe’s most important real estate events.

A valuable perspective stood out today at EXPO REAL.

We took part in Sebastian Metz’s conference, “Romania Up Close: Regions, Realities, Opportunities,” a discussion that brought Romania’s potential into focus from a practical and investment-oriented perspective.

During the session, someone from the audience asked:

“What would you change about Romania to make it more attractive?”

His answer was simple:

Romania is “the hidden champion, with the accent on hidden.”

The statement captured an important reality. Romania has strong resources, visible progress and increasing potential, but it still needs to communicate its strengths more clearly and more consistently to international investors.

Sebastian also highlighted the progress Romania has made in recent years, especially in terms of infrastructure, and the opportunities that continue to shape the country’s investment profile.

For The Concept, this perspective aligns with the message we bring to EXPO REAL: Romania is a market with real potential, but it also needs structure, clarity, and professional representation.

The first day at EXPO REAL in Munich was a strong start for The Concept.

From the first meetings to the final presentation of the day, the Romanian stand was active, dynamic and filled with relevant conversations about real estate, investment opportunities and Romania’s role in the regional market.

For our team, it was encouraging to see the level of interest from developers, investors and real estate professionals, as well as the openness toward Romania as an investment destination.

We ended the day in The Concept style, with Daniel Tudor, President of the Board of The Concept, holding a presentation at the Romanian stand on:

They become moments that remind us how much can be built through vision, trust, people and consistent work.

The Concept had the pleasure of being Main Partner of the Sparkling Networking Event, organised by Romanian Property Awards, in an evening that brought together professionals, partners and decision-makers from real estate and connected industries.

For us, this moment had a special meaning.

After 15 years of The Concept, 2026 marks an important new chapter for our company: a year of consolidation, regional ambition and expansion into Poland.
