RTPR has advised ENGIE Romania in relation to the sale of ENGIE Building Solutions S.R.L. to BMF GRUP, a portfolio company of private equity fund SARMIS Capital. ENGIE Building Solutions specialises in integrated technical services, energy efficiency and decarbonisation solutions for industrial and commercial clients, as well as office buildings.

The team of lawyers involved in this project was coordinated by Marina Giurgică, under the supervision of Mihai Ristici, closely assisted by George Cristian Capotă with further support from Iulia-Maria Călin and Tudor Cucu.

RTPR a asistat Nibiru Real Estate, compania care dezvoltă proiectul de divertisment și agrement 𝐍𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐑𝐔 lansat în această vară pe litoralul românesc, în tranzacția prin care Inspire Asset Management, compania de investiții cofondată de antreprenorii Iulian Stanciu și Iulian Portasă, urmează să intre în acționariatul societății.

Costin Taracila și Marina Giurgică au coordonat echipa care a acordat consultanță juridică în acest mandat și care a inclus mai mulți avocați specializați în tranzacții de M&A, iar Roxana Ionescu a gestionat aspectele de concurență. 🗺️Last week our junior lawyers attended the 𝐂𝐄𝐄 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 organised by our A&O Shearman colleagues in beautiful Prague.

📚Three intensive days of deep-diving into cross-border legal and business topics, but the biggest takeaway was getting to meet and brainstorm with peers from across the region in person.

A big thank you to the organisers, trainers, and everyone who made this edition such a great experience. Looking forward to collaborating with everyone across the region! 🫶
