⚖️ Andra is primarily advising clients in the Corporate, Commercial & M&A practice, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, energy, public procurement and EU-funded projects. She has assisted numerous domestic and international clients, ranging from multinational corporations to local entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries.
⚖️ Diana is advising clients primarily in the Real Estate practice, with experience also covering urban planning and construction matters.
She has assisted clients in a broad range of real estate transactions, advising both sellers and buyers and due diligence projects, including large-scale reviews of real estate portfolios, both intra-muros and extra-muros lands.
⚖️ Valeriu is primarily advising clients in the Corporate and M&A field, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring projects and complex corporate matters. He has developed extensive expertise in transactional work, having assisted local and international clients in a broad range of share deals, asset deals, corporate reorganizations and integration projects. His practice also covers corporate governance, equity incentive plans and general corporate advisory matters.
⚖️ Alis is primarily advising clients in the Dispute Resolution field, with a particular focus on public procurement, administrative litigation, private law disputes and arbitration proceedings. She has significant experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, having advised and represented numerous local and international clients on a broad range of contentious matters, including disputes concerning public procurement procedures, challenges arising from tender procedures and the performance of public contracts. She has also assisted clients in administrative and tax litigation concerning the suspension and annulment of administrative acts, as well as in complex private law disputes involving contractual relationships, property rights, tort liability, and enforcement proceedings.
⚖️ Teodora is focusing her practice on international arbitration, commercial litigation and administrative disputes. She advises clients on complex and high-value contentious matters, with particular expertise in commercial disputes involving contractual, corporate and regulatory issues. She has been involved in a broad range of matters requiring sophisticated legal analysis, strategic case management and stakeholder coordination.
⚖️ Mălin is part of the dispute resolution team, he has advised numerous local and international clients on a broad range disputes, including high-stakes commercial issues, high-value regulatory enforcement and administrative proceedings cases and litigation for public procurement procedures of national importance.
