We were pleased to support the HR & Business Connect networking event organized by Smart HR and Hillhouse Pool & Lounge, which brought together the HR and business community in Cluj-Napoca for an afternoon of valuable discussions, new connections and inspiring perspectives 🤝, all in a location that created the perfect setting for relaxed conversations.

TPA RomaniaTPA Romania was represented at the event by our colleagues Andreea Leș, Alexandra Pătraș and Alexandra Cohuțiu. During the discussions, Alexandra Cohuțiu shared insights on the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive and the practical challenges companies might face in preparing for and implementing the new requirements 💡.

We were pleased to take part in the regional event organized by AHK Romania in Iași, focused on investment, innovation, and regional economic development.

Our colleague, Alexandra Cohutiu, attended the event, which included discussions with representatives from business, academia, and public administration, as well as company visits highlighting the region’s development potential.

We were also glad that MENNEKES, a long-standing client of ours since the very beginning of the company’s presence on the Romanian market, was included among the company visits.

Companiile cu echipe restrânse sau fără angajați nu indică, în mod automat, lipsa unei activități economice. În multe industrii, modelul bazat pe externalizarea serviciilor poate susține eficiența operațională, accesul la expertiză specializată și o mai bună adaptare la cerințele pieței.

Totuși, pentru astfel de structuri, documentarea proceselor și trasabilitatea activității rămân esențiale, mai ales în relația cu autoritățile de control fiscal.

We marked 🔟 years of collaboration with Indiana University! 🥂
A decade of learning, cultural exchange and building meaningful connections across borders. 🌍
This collaboration is made possible together with our partners from ASE - Facultatea de Contabilitate si Informatica de Gestiune, helping bring classroom knowledge closer to real business experience.

And by now, it’s safe to say it has become a tradition to welcome colleagues from across the ocean into our office every spring, something we always look forward to. 👋

This year, 𝑨𝒅𝒂𝒎 𝑳𝒆𝒆 and 𝑩𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒚 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒆 joined our Audit team for their Field Study Program. They quickly became part of the team, curious, engaged and open to everything the experience had to offer, from project work and team collaboration to getting a real feel of office life.🙂

„Științele economice în limba germană la FSEGA – noi perspective și abordări prin utilizarea inteligenței artificiale”.
