π Data from Imobiliare.ro presented at the BREC conference show a 43% increase for new housing units in H1 2025 vs H1 2023 and 14% over H1 2024.

For the pandemic, it took five to six months, for the war, it took three months. After the political situation at the end of last year, the market recovered in three weeks.β
