On 15 October, partner Violeta Saranciuc will moderate the panel discussion bringing together Venus Valentina Wong (Partner and Co-head of Arbitration Practice at Wolf Theiss, Vienna), Dรกniel Dรณzsa (Partner, Queritius, Budapest; Member of the 2024 Review Task Force for the Revision of the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration), Olexander Droug (Partner, Sayenko Kharenko, Kyiv) and Doguhan Uygun (Partner, Paksoy, Istanbul) to examine the 2024 revision of the IBA Guidelines and its practical implications for international arbitration.
