In cadrul conferintei organizate de Ziarul Financiar - HR TRENDS 2022, colegele noastre, Mara Ciocarlan si Roxana Palade, au luat pulsul marilor angajatori de pe piata muncii cu privire la viitorul muncii :
"ce noi tehnologii mai implementeaza si mai folosesc in departamentele HR sau in cadrul intregii societati, cm isi motiveaza angajatii din punct de vedere moral si material si am aflat ce planuri are Ministerul Muncii pentru a sprijini piata de business, pentru a creste numarul contractelor de munca si a integra pe piata muncii din Romania angajati straini sau refugiati ucrainieni.
Cu exceptia unei discutii controversate legata de pertinenta softurilor de monitorizare in regim foarte strict a activitatii pe laptop/computer pentru angajatii remote, la care am inteles ca unii angajatori au apelat deja, trendul e de punere accent pe productivitate si rezultate, pe flexibilizarea programului de munca si pe tehnologii care simplifica si ajuta la desfasurarea activitatilor."
