- যে শর্তসমূহের ভিত্তিতে বসবাসের অনুমতি প্রদান করা হয়েছিল বা কার্ড দেওয়া হয়েছিল, সেই শর্তসমূহ পূরণ করেন নি।
- আপনার card এর মেয়াদকালে আপনি প্রমাণ করতে পারেননি যে আপনার নিয়মিত ও স্থিতিশীল ইনকাম রয়েছে।

নিম্নলিখিত Proof জমা দিতে হবে…
১. ২০২৩ ও ২০২৪ সালের IRS ।
২. পাসপোর্টের সবগুলো পৃষ্ঠা scanned ।
৩.বাসস্থানের চুক্তি - House Contract, সাথে Finance কর্তৃপক্ষের (Autoridade Tributária) নিকট Proof of Registration ।
৪. কার্ডের মেয়াদকালে পর্তুগালে কতদিন অনুপস্থিত ছিলেন, তার একটি ঘোষণা দিন, যেখানে প্রবেশ- Entry ও প্রস্থানের - Exit তারিখগুলো উল্লেখ থাকবে।
