🇬🇧 Transition from temporary to permanent residence in Portugal 🇵🇹
Are you a British national living in Portugal under the Withdrawal Agreement (Article 50)?
If you have already completed five years of legal residence in Portugal, you are eligible to apply for your permanent residence card, even if your current temporary residence card has not yet expired.
✅ You do not need to wait until your current card expires before requesting the transition to permanent residence.
