- Consider a neighbourhood tour: several hours mapping areas where your criteria actually fits your budget.
- See spots morning/afternoon/evening; note noise, slope, parking, sun.
❌ Don’t
- Don’t schedule property viewings if you don’t yet know where/when you’re moving—you risk falling for the wrong place.
