UNEF (mini-SEF) 🇵🇹

পর্তুগালের নতুন ইউনিট UNEF (mini-SEF) বর্তমানে প্রায় ১ লাখ অভিবাসী ডিপোর্টেশন কেস নিয়ে কাজ করছে, যার মধ্যে ২০ হাজার লিসবনে।

অনেক কেসই পুরোনো, কিছু প্রায় ৫০ বছরেরও বেশি পুরোনো। তারা প্রথমে পুরোনো কেস শেষ করবে, এরপর নতুন কেসের দিকে মনোযোগ দেবে।

ইতোমধ্যে কোর্ট ও সিকিউরিটি সার্ভিস থেকে নতুন কেস আসছে এবং Frontex ও IOM এর সহায়তায় স্বেচ্ছায় ফেরত যাওয়া উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে।

Portugal’s new unit UNEF (mini-SEF) is currently handling around 100,000 immigrant deportation cases, including 20,000 in Lisbon.

Many of the cases are very old, some over 50 years. The plan is to first resolve the old cases and then focus on new ones.

New cases are already arriving from courts and security services, and with support from Frontex and IOM, voluntary returns are being encouraged.
