You think the chair in the previous post was hard to get in the room to sit in. The chair in this photo is in a house in Puerto Rico, next to the Ritz Carlton Hotel in a gate community in Dorado Beach. Blessed to have the opportunity to be mentored by and partner with some of the best minds in the real estate world. Thank you to everyone that has helped me along the way. Praise God!

How did I get to sit in this chair (besides being a little sneaky. FYI, I did get approval after the fact). Persistence, dedication, being 100% committed, a little stubborn, willing to do the work and much more / etc. Totally blessed to have the opportunity to be able to sit in this chair. For those of you that do not recognize this seat it’s one of my business partners, friends and mentors. Thank you Jay Kinder, Michael Reese and Al Stasek. Not to mention everyone else that supported me and helped me along the way. Also, thank you to all those that told me no. They drove me to continue to strive for success.
