Aunque parezca contradictorio, los datos recientes del mercado laboral en Puerto Rico reflejan una realidad importante: más personas están entrando al grupo trabajador y buscando oportunidades de empleo.

Esto representa una oportunidad para los patronos, pero también nos plantea un reto:

¿Estamos conectando correctamente el talento disponible con las oportunidades que existen?

Preparación, destrezas, salarios, beneficios, horarios y procesos de reclutamiento son parte de una conversación que debemos continuar.
