SCMP also provides legal advice and consulting services in preparing and reviewing employment policies and handbooks; drafting employment contracts, confidentiality, non-solicitation and non-competition agreements; conducting internal investigations with respect to employee claims and complaints; assisting with due diligence and human resources audits; providing employment trainings for management and personnel; performing reasonable accommodation evaluations; assisting with incidents of domestic violence in the workplace; consulting as to employee discipline, terminations and reductions in force; as well as other employment-related matters.
