The name "Zapytaj Marc
ina" (Ask Marcin) is not accidental. For years, other immigration specialists brought their difficult client cases to me. They did this quite often by recommendation of my superiors until this phrase became very popular internally. I decided to honor this legacy by choosing "Zapytaj Marcina" as name of my practice.
👉 Since 2015, I have supported companies in employing foreigners — especially highly qualified specialists and their families.
👉 I have led and supervised major immigration projects for several hundred families from Ukraine and Belarus. What I help with:
• consultations on legalization of stay and work in Poland
• work permits and residence permits
• support for companies employing foreigners
• permanent residence permits and Polish citizenship
• education for foreigners and immigration professionals on e.g., new immigration regulations
For over 10 years I have guided individuals and families through the most difficult immigration situations:

✔ job loss and change of employer
✔ residence permit refusals
✔ family reunification and relocation to Poland from other EU countries or the UK
✔ long-term legalization strategies
I have supported hundreds of people who were under serious stress and time pressure. My role is to take the legal burden off your shoulders and give you a clear, safe plan of action.
