Many thanks to the Team for the invitation to support the projects over the past 3 years and for the trust in sharing this new role 😊

🇨🇵 is an movement of the French government and official label for the French ecosystem.

It unites founders, investors, and innovators in over 100 communities in 52 countries across the globe, including a strong presence in Poland through our activities as La French Tech Warsaw and La French Tech Krakow.

🎯 Core Objectives & Programs

The initiative is overseen by the La mission French Tech within the French Ministry of the Economy.
The primary goals include:

✨️ Boosting Startups: Supporting scalable technology companies (such as AI, deep tech and biotech) through targeted funding, policymaking, and mentorship.

✨️International Expansion: Fostering business bridges between local hubs (like those in Poland) and the French market to help global innovators expand internationally.

✨️Public Integration: Promoting the use of startup-driven solutions by public administrations and private businesses.

✨️Global and Local Network - recognizable by its iconic "Red Rooster" logo 🐓

The La French Tech Warsaw community serve as the capital city operational hub, allowing Polish and French entrepreneurs to collaborate, share talent, and access cross-border investment opportunities.

⚖️Joanna Mamczur is an international business lawyer, strategic advisor and a co-founder.

💡Joanna's passion for innovation, ESG and making a positive impact developed with her volunteering & leadership roles in international NGOs, including the largest leadership and entrepreneurs association worldwide, accredited with the United Nations.

In her daily work, she advises clients on connecting international business with the Polish market, scaling, compliance, M&A transactions, corporate, contracts, data protection, banking & finance. Her focus is to empower people and nurture innovation.

🇫🇷 Her natural admiration for the culture, history and the language have been encouraged through knowledge and language competitions since her school age. Joanna holds Master of Laws and postgraduate degrees from 4 universities across France, Poland and Germany as well as an Executive MBA. 🎓

Since 2010, Joanna has been a member of the Warsaw Bar of Advocates. Driven by a passion for innovation and scaling businesses within complex regulatory environments as a former associate in international law firms, Joanna launched her own legal and consulting practice.

🚀 Joanna's daily work empowers companies, startups, investors, and academic partners to navigate regulated markets with confidence and to grow sustainably. Beyond her legal and advisory work, Joanna is active in the innovation ecosystem as a mentor and speaker. 🎤 She has also been a university lecturer in FinTech postgraduate program as well as a founder and leader of charity initiatives for disadvantaged children.

She has trained over 3000 professionals on law, business, and leadership topics and co-founded an innovative FinTech startup, where she led regulatory strategy, fundraising, and business development. Joanna also advocates for ESG 🌱 and sustainable business practices, promotes lifelong learning, and supports community impact.
