Piotr Dudek is an attorney at law with expertise in IP law and in providing legal services to defence & aerospace industry. He has engaged in IP-related transactions in such industries as publishing, IT, film industry or defence industry. He conducted due diligence of companies with special emphasis on the intellectual property management. He took part in negotiating, concluding and he supervised ex*****on of numerous offset agreements (Lockheed Martin, Kongsberg, Rafael, Saab, Honeywell, Pratt&Whitney Canada, Avio, etc.) and proper executive agreements involving i.a. technology transfer from foreign to Polish defence & aerospace industry. He also provides legal services within scope of real estate transactions and corporate matters, as well as the commercial lease. Piotr Dudek graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, Centre for British and European Law as well as the LL.M. studies in the area of Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar.
