Residency application might get a little tricky, whether you’re a Student, Worker, Immigrant, etc. specially when you’re not familiar with the Polish language.
🇵🇱Immigration office in Poland tends to change its procedures for foreigners often, therefore it’s paramount to know the latest updates!
Currently, there are two ways to apply:
1️⃣ In person application
- Considered the fastest and most efficient route for foreigners, as the applicant can give their fingerprints and get a stamp on their passport signifying that their application is on process and therefore their stay in Poland is legal, even if their visa or past TRC has already expired.
2️⃣ Through Post- The usual route for applicants who are not able to secure an application appointment through the official Inpol website and their visa/TRC is about to expire.
⛔️ Disadvantage- Slow process and the issuing of card might take awhile.
