Back after a quick summer break - and we're starting with a bittersweet win. ☀️⚖️ We saved our client's residence case, but he had already left Poland. 🇵🇱🇮🇳

Our client's TRC case in Poznań was closed (to be exact: left without consideration) because the Immigration Office considered that he had not provided the required documents on time. We disagreed and decided to fight it. We filed a complaint, and the Head of the Office for Foreigners (Chief of Immigration) reviewed the case.

And we won. ⚖️

The Chief of Immigration agreed that the Poznań office had made a procedural mistake - our client had not been given the legally required time to provide the missing documents. His case should not have been closed and now it can continue. ✅

Great news? Yes. But unfortunately, when we wanted to tell our client, we discovered that he had already returned to India.

His employment agency coordinator advised him to leave Poland - and he followed that advice without asking me, his lawyer, first.

And sadly, he is not the only one. Almost every month, at least one client whose difficult case or appeal we are handling leaves Poland before the result. Sometimes clients leave without letting us know. In fact, this week alone, we had two cases like this.

Then, months later, we receive good news and message them with the positive result instead of celebrating, we often get a reply: “But I already went back home. Can I still come back to Poland?” ✈️

Unfortunately, without a valid visa or another legal basis to enter Poland, it may no longer be possible.

So please:
If you have a lawyer - ASK YOUR LAWYER before you leave Poland. Not your friend. Not AI. Not your colleague. Not your employment agency coordinator. Ask the lawyer who actually knows your case. 😄 That's what we are here for.

Immigration cases require patience. Sometimes it takes months, sometimes a year or two. We know waiting is frustrating. We know uncertainty is exhausting. But don't give up while your lawyer is still fighting for you.

We won this case. We just wish our client had waited for the result. 💔

Another happy client from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰❤️

Congratulations to our wonderful client Wasanthi, who has recently received her TRC for 3 years! 🎉

Her case went very smoothly.

📌 Fingerprints were taken at the end of February. By mid-April, she had already received a positive decision for a 3-year Temporary Residence Permit.

Why did everything go so smoothly?

In this case, we worked closely with the employer. We helped prepare all the required documents correctly, including the work permit, so the application was complete from the very beginning.

It also makes a big difference when an employer fulfills all of their legal obligations, including paying taxes and ZUS contributions on time. When everything is prepared properly, the process is often much easier.

That said, we always want to be honest - not every case is this fast. Every application is different, and processing times depend on many factors, including the voivodeship office and the individual circumstances of the case.

Last month, after collecting her residence card, Wasanthi came back to our office with a lovely gift❤️ It was such a kind surprise, and we are always grateful when clients take the time to visit us after receiving their residence card.

We wish you all the best and many happy years in Poland! 🇵🇱

🇵🇭 Always a pleasure to welcome returning clients!

Last month, we had the pleasure of welcoming Chinlie and Aldrin back to our office. They are a wonderful Filipino couple working in the hospitality sector on the Polish coast. 🌊

Back in 2023, we successfully helped them obtain 3-years TRC. 🎉

Now they are back, and we are happy to continue supporting them every step of the way.

This time, we are assisting them with the TRC renewal and case transfer.

At the same time, we are also processing a Dependent TRC family reunification application to bring their family member to Poland. ❤️

Many people don't realise that, depending on the circumstances, it may be possible to apply for a dependent residence permit for:

👶 Minor children
💍 A spouse

If your close family is living abroad, it is always worth checking whether you meet the legal requirements for family reunification in Poland.

Thank you, Chinlie and Aldrin, for your continued trust. It has been a pleasure to support you on your journey in Poland. We wish you and your family all the best. 🙏❤️

📩 If you would like to bring your spouse or minor child to Poland, feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assess your situation and explain the available legal options.

🎓 Sometimes one small mistake can lead to a very complicated legal situation.

Our client came to Poland to study. Unfortunately, she submitted her TRC application around 2 weeks after her visa had expired.

Because of this, she faced two separate administrative proceedings at the same time:

📌 a residence permit proceeding before the Voivode, and
📌 a return proceeding before the Border Guard, including a decision imposing a restriction on entering the Schengen Area.

This was not an easy case. It lasted many months and required representation before two different authorities.

And today we are happy to share the result. ❤️

✅ Our client received a short-term Temporary Residence Permit, allowing her to legally remain in Poland and complete her university studies.

✅ We also successfully challenged the return decision together with the Schengen entry restriction.

This means she can now finish her studies, return to the home country, and, if she wishes, apply for a new visa in the future and come back to Poland legally.

Every case is different, but this one is a good example that even when a situation seems very difficult, it is not always the end. Sometimes, with patience and the right legal strategy, there is still a positive solution.

Congratulations, and thank you for trusting us! 🙏❤️

Sometimes all it takes is one appeal. 💪

Our client from the Philippines came to us after he had already received a negative decision from the Voivodeship Office in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

The decision was issued because he had been experiencing difficulties obtaining the documents required for his TRC application from his employer.

The situation was particularly stressful because our client had already built his life in Poland and started a family here. ❤️

The good news? ✨

After reviewing the case, we prepared an appeal, explained the circumstances in detail, and submitted supporting documents from our client's new employer.

Just one month later, the same office changed its position and issued a positive decision. ✅

The Voivodeship Office agreed with our arguments and changed the decision to a positive one without even sending the case to the Head of the Office for Foreigners (UDSC).

Even better, our client was granted a TRC valid until May 2029 - 3 years of legal stay in Poland. 🇵🇱

From a negative decision to a positive outcome in less than a month. 🚀

This case is a good reminder that a negative decision does not always mean the end of the road. Sometimes there is still a solution, but acting quickly, providing the right evidence, and submitting a well-prepared appeal can make all the difference.

Congratulations to our client and thank you for your trust! 🇵🇭🇵🇱

🇵🇱 Another great piece of news from the last few days! 🇵🇱

Last month we received a positive decision granting Polish citizenship to our client. 🎉

What is also worth mentioning is that the citizenship procedure itself was completed in just a few months, which is a very good result and significantly faster than in many other regions of Poland. ⏱️

Our client came to Poland many years ago together with her husband and decided to build her future here. Over the years, she learnt Polish, built her life in Poland, and has been working for a Polish company for many years.

Outside of her professional life, she is also a talented photographer and artist. 📸🎨

Like many foreigners who choose Poland as their home, she patiently went through every stage of the immigration process.

Residence permits, renewals, permanent residence... and finally the final boss of all immigration procedures - Polish citizenship. 🏆🇵🇱

Now she is waiting for the last step of this journey: her Polish passport. 😊

Stories like this remind us that citizenship is not just a legal status. It is often the result of many years of hard work, integration, learning the language, and building a life in Poland.

Congratulations to our client on this wonderful achievement, and thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey! ❤️

This month has been a very successful one for our office!

We have received many positive residence permit decisions from Voivodeship Offices across Poland 🇵🇱 and we have also won several appeals against negative decisions.

One of those cases involved a client who came to me after receiving a refusal in her TRC proceeding. 😔

Warsaw Office argued that the employment documents were incomplete. In particular, Annex No. 1 did not clearly indicate the period for which the employer intended to employ the foreigner. The authority also questioned how the client could work in Poznań while living in Warsaw, considering the nature of her job as a massage therapist.

Based on these concerns, the Office concluded that she had not properly documented the purpose of her stay in Poland and issued a negative decision. ❌

For many people, receiving a refusal feels like the end of the road. But not this time. 💪

I carefully reviewed the decision, prepared an appeal, and presented additional explanations and legal arguments.

The result?

🎉The negative decision was overturned. The appeal was successful. My client received a temporary residence and work permit. Valid for 3 years! 🥳

Today my client can continue living and working in Poland with peace of mind. 🇵🇱 Congratulations and thank you for trusting me with your case! 🙏😊

Today in Poland we celebrate Mother’s Day 🌸

We often say that Poland is a country built around family values and today is a special day to appreciate all mothers. ❤️

I would like to send warm wishes to all foreign mothers living and working in Poland. Many of you are far away from your children and families, working hard every day to give them a better future. I know this is not easy.

I also see many mothers going through dependent TRC procedures because they simply want one thing - to bring their children to Poland and finally live together as a family again. 🤍

And to those who started their family here in Poland and maybe celebrate their first Mother’s Day today - congratulations. 👶🇵🇱

When I became a father myself, I truly understood how much sacrifice, patience, stress, and love comes with being a parent. It gives you a completely different perspective on life.

Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers. 🌷

Love sometimes also needs legal support ❤️

We are happy to share that we successfully helped our client from the Philippines, Jesusa, in court proceedings in Świnoujście regarding permission to get married in Poland 🇵🇱💍

In some international cases, the court’s approval is required before a foreigner can enter into marriage in Poland. These proceedings often require a very good understanding of international and family law - especially when documents from abroad or previous marital status issues are involved.

The case was resolved positively ✅
Now we are waiting for the wedding invitation hehe 😊

Have you fallen in love with a Polish citizen and want to get married in Poland?
Need legal support with international marriage procedures?

Another important step – and even a photo frame waiting at the voivodeship office 📸

It’s been a bit quiet here lately - but for a good reason.
I’ve been fully focused on my clients and working behind the scenes on something important:
a system that will allow us to send regular updates to our clients, so they always know what’s happening with their case. 🤝
Because we know how stressful this process can be - and we want to stay proactive, clear, and always one step ahead when it comes to communication.
Because moments like today matter a lot and no one should be left wondering what’s next.

We’re currently helping Sujit bring his family to Poland: reunification in progress 🇵🇱
Today: we had fingerprints for two family members 👨‍👩‍👧 of our client, who already received his TRC - for his wife and child with him present as their representative, supporting them throughout the process.❤️

And this is exactly why we’re building better communication - so our clients feel informed, calm, and taken care of at every stage.
