Every year, Dream Team supports more than 1,800 students, many of whom face financial barriers to accessing essential school and personal hygiene supplies. Together, we can help ensure students start the school year prepared, confident, and ready to succeed.

We're collecting school supplies and hygiene items throughout the summer and into the fall. Some of our most-needed items include:
⭐ Pens and highlighters
⭐ Binders and notebooks
⭐ Wired headphones/earbuds
⭐ Laundry detergent
⭐ Deodorant and body wash
⭐ Feminine supplies

Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Monica M. Márquez has appointed the Honorable Samuel S. Vigil to serve as the next chief judge of the 16th Judicial District (Bent, Crowley, and Otero counties). Judge Vigil, who has been a district judge since 2022, will replace the current Chief Judge Mark A. MacDonnell who retires on June 30, 2026.

The Colorado Supreme Court Nominating Commission has nominated three candidates for a vacancy on the Colorado Court of Appeals: Kyle Wesley Brenton, Hon. Adam J. Espinosa and Jillian Joy Price.

Under the Colorado Constitution, the governor has 15 days within which to appoint one of the nominees as a judge on the Colorado Court of Appeals, created by the retirement of the Hon. Gilbert M. Román, effective August 1, 2026.

The Supreme Court Nominating Commission announced today three candidates for a vacancy on the Colorado Supreme Court. The nominees are: the Hon. Susan Blanco; Andrea S. Wang; and the Hon. Christopher Clayton Zenisek. The governor has 15 days to appoint a justice to the Colorado Supreme Court, which fills a vacancy created by Justice Melissa Hart's retirement.
