1.The Mentor is a support for those who need it and are ready to receive the assistance. He can assist the Mentee in finding solutions that were invisible, unnoticed by the Mentee.
2. The Mentor is a guide in searching and selecting the best solution for the Mentee. He also shows the hidden opportunities and make them appear.
3. The Mentor helps the Mentee believe that he can, trust his individual potential.
4. The Mentor helps the Mentee open his mind, release his creativity, forgetting his self-consciousness, without fear. Each of us has unique abilities. Each of us can be absolutely creative. Each of us has dream. Unfortunately, too many people do not express their dreams, they get forgotten too early. We are afraid to believe in our dreams, to talk about them aloud.
5. What we need to do is to touch our dreams, to ask why they are still only dreams and to make them free.
6. Mentoring is also about showing and finding another world, an outstanding one.
7. The Mentor releases his Mentee`s sleeping passions. We should also do things not related to our job.
8. Everyone has talents. If you have a talent for writing, you can write a beautiful poem, a story, a book. You can paint an outstanding picture. But it is not enough just to think about it. Just do it.
9. The Mentor tells about successful case studies, helps plan the targets and way of their performance, select the tools. He helps the Mentee release his self-confidence, shows how impossible became possible and that hope can be stronger that fear.
10. The Mentor should be a good example of what he is saying. He should have his own passions, supporting his experience and thus to make his words true.
