منشیات کے مقدمات میں ریکوری میمو کی قانونی اہمیت
ریکوری میمو موقع پر، گواہان کی موجودگی اور ان کے دستخط کے ساتھ تیار ہونا ضروری ہے۔
اس کا مقصد ریکوری کو شفاف اور منصفانہ ثابت کرنا اور جھوٹی گرفتاری یا ریکوری کے امکان کو ختم کرنا ہے۔

In the cases of narcotic substances, recovery memo is a basic document, which should be prepared by the Seizing Officer, at the time of the recovered articles, containing a list thereof, in presence of two or more respectable witnesses and memo to be signed by such witnesses. The main object of preparing the recovery memo at the spot and with signatures of the witnesses is to ensure that the recovery is effected in presence of the marginal witnesses, honestly and fairly, so as to exclude the possibility of false implication and fabrication. Once the recovery memo is prepared, the next step for the prosecution is to produce the same before the Trial Court, to prove the recovery of the material and preparation of the memo through the scribe and the marginal witnesses.

نابالغان کا والد وفات پا گیا۔ انکا دادا جو عبوری خرچہ نان و نفقہ نابالغان ادا کر رہا تھا وہ بھی وفات پا گیا۔ لاہور ہائیکورٹ نے قرار دیا کہ نابالغان کے چچا جو اپنے والد(نابالغان کے دادا) کی وفات کے بعد اسکی جائیداد کے مالک تھے اپنے نابالغ بھتیجوں کا دو تہائی خرچہ نان و نفقہ ادا کرنیکے پابند ہیں۔
خرچہ نان و نفقہ کے حوالے سے لاہور ہائیکورٹ کا انتہائی تفصیلی معلوماتی فیصلہ

If the minor had no property or the income from his/her properties is insufficient to meet his/her needs after its possession has been handed over to him/her, the uncles would be liable to pay 2/3rd of the maintenance fixed by the court on account of their kinship and rest of 1/3rd would be contributed by the mother of the minor.

یاد رہے کہ اس فیصلے کے وقت Child Marriage Restraint Act 1929 نافذ العمل تھا۔ اب اس سے بھی زیادہ سخت قانون نافذ ہے

Female child below age of 18 cannot be deemed competent to grant her consent to inter into a marriage contract merely because she manifests symptoms of having attained puberty.
