Court marriage is a formal union between a man and a woman, solemnized in the presence of a Magistrate or Nikah Registrar, cementing their bond as life partners.
The Muslim Family Laws Ordinance of 1961 in West Pakistan explicitly allows individuals to marry the opposite s*x under the law, safeguarding the marriage rights of adults seeking union or wanting to legalize their existing marital status.
