Today is the last day for the submission of Examination form for Intermediate Part 11, for all candidates who could not submitted their examination form in Feb 2020 for Intermediate Annual Exam 2020 which were to be held on 28th April 2020.

Art 199 Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 - Writ Petition filed against 1. Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) and 2. Lahore College for Women University, Lahore for not including the name of petitioner in the declared result of Intermediate (ICS) Part 11, 2020.

The Lahore College for Women University did submit the examination form of the petitioner for Intermediate (ICS) Part 11 Annual Examination to be held on 28th April 2020 to the BISE, because result of Part 1 of the petitioner was withheld by BISE, the said result was declared on 12 March, 2020 by BISE but by that time the last date for the submission of Intermediate (ICS) Part 11 Annual Exam, 2020 with triple fee had also expired. As per the rules of BISE the college could have submitted the said form of the student with single fee within 15 days from the date of declaration of result.
Thereafter; due to COVID 19 all the educational institutions in Punjab close on 14th March 2020 along with the BISE. The Controller Examination of BISE rejected the application of the petitioner therefore; the petitioner instituted a Writ Petition in the Lahore High Court, Lahore impugning the actions of the college and BISE wherein; notices for 02.10.2020 to BISE and Lahore College for Women University had issued.

Filed writ petition in Lahore High Court, Lahore against Lahore College for Women University and the Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. The Board with held the result of a regular student of Lahore College for Women ICS Part 1, Annual 2019 which was declared in March 2020, after the last date for submission of examination form, furthermore, the Lahore College did not issue said form to the student. The High Court directed the board to decide the application of the student within forth night.
