ORDER ON HABEAS PETITION
A girl of 18/19 years old was allowed to go with her father and the security amount already deposited by the petitioner be given to father of “detenue”. In a habeas petitioner under section 491 Cr.Pc. decided by Justice Sheikh Najam-ul-Hassan on 14-May-2013 in favour of respondents through Rana Abdul Mateen Khan, Advocate High Court Law Consultant Rana & Rana (a Full Service Law Firm).
Rana Abdul Mateen Khan argued before Honourable Court that “detenue “ daughter of Respondent Allah Ditta is living with her father willingly and the signature on Nikkah Nama presented before this Honourable Court was taken under threat of death.

MARRIAGE DISSOLVED
A suit for dissolution of marriage decreed on 14-Jun-2013 by family Judge Lahore Mr. Mubashir Hussain Awan in favour of Petitioner named Rani Bibi in the titled suit Rani Bibi Vs. Allah Ditta. The Plaintiff through Rana Abdul Mateen Khan, Advocate High Court Law Consultant Rana & Rana (a Full Service Law Firm) argued that she does not want to live with defendant Allah Ditta because Defendant forced her to live with him and the NIkkah Nama presented before this Honourable Court was completed under threat of death.

NON-BAILABLE WARRANT ISSUED
Non-bailable warrant issued by Civil Judge Lahore Mr. Qazi Waqar Rehmat against halqa patwari Dillo Kalan on the request of plaintiff Yaqoob Masih through Rana Abdul Mateen Khan, Advocate High Court Law Consultant Rana & Rana (a Full Service Law Firm) on 08-Jul-2013. In fact patwari was not attending the Court with record of the suit property despite many notices have been served by the Court. Hence the order of non-bailable warrant was passed by the Court.
Rana Abdul Mateen Khan representing Yaqoob Masih argued that halqa patwari is ignoring the Court Notices repeatedly and thinking himself much powerful than Honourable Court. The Honourable Court after hearing the arguments passed the order of non-bailabale warrant.

ORDER ON OBJECTION PETITION
An Objection petition, filed by Bank of Punjab in a suit titled Muhammad Tariq Vs. B.O.P before rent controller Lahore Mr. Malik Shahid Hussain Awan, was decided on 08-Jun-2013 in favor of Muhammad Tariq (a landlord) through Rana Abdul Mateen Khan, Advocate High Court Law Consultant Rana & Rana (a Full Service Law Firm).
Rana Abdul Mateen Khan representing Muhammad Tariq argued before rent controller Lahore that all facts narrated in the petition are false. According to record the local commission was appointed by this Honourable Court following due procedure of law. The notices were served to the parties by the local commission prior to the site inspection. The site inspection was conducted by the local commission in the presence of petitioner / defendant.
