⚖️ Justice Prevails | Revision Petition Dismissed in Qadeer Butt vs. Asif Rauf 🏛️

Team VAKEELS proudly secured another legal victory through the powerful advocacy of our litigation team in the case of Qadeer Butt vs. Asif Rauf before Mr. Shahzad Aslam, Additional District Judge, Lahore.

The Hon’ble Court, after hearing strong and well-founded arguments by Team VAKEELS, has:

✅ Dismissed the revision petition filed by the petitioner
✅ Rejected the application seeking restoration of the right to plead
✅ Uphold the order for the return of PKR 700,000/- to the respondent, which had been paid under protest for satisfaction of a decree later set aside by the appellate court

This case underscores the principle that amounts paid under protest in ex*****on of an erroneous decree must be returned when the decree is set aside — and no restoration of rights can override this equity.

👏 A strong and just outcome—another milestone for Team VAKEELS in defending what is rightfully due.

🏛️ Landmark Victory for Team VAKEELS | Justice for Mohsin Abbas ⚖️

We are proud to share a significant legal achievement secured by our Partner, Mr. Rana Irfan, and his dedicated Team VAKEELS, in the case of Nestlé Pakistan Ltd. vs Mohsin Abbas etc, adjudicated by His Lordship Mr. Justice Khalid Ishaq (J) Lahore High Court, Lahore.

After a challenging legal battle, the Hon’ble Court delivered a powerful judgment:

✅ Reinstatement of Mohsin Abbas
✅ PKR 1.5 Million fine imposed on Nestlé Pakistan
✅ Recognition of the wrongful dismissal and the restoration of professional dignity

In the background of this case lies a tragic reminder — the late Asif Javed, whose connected matter involved similar facts, sadly ended his life during pendency of case. While this case specifically restored the rights of Mohsin Abbas, it also symbolically speaks to the injustice faced by many.

Following the judgment, Nestlé Pakistan has now officially offered employment to Mohsin Abbas, bringing long-overdue justice and closure.

This victory is a testament to Team VAKEELS’ commitment to justice and human dignity.
